Cranmer Engineering, Inc. provides complete construction services during the construction phase of a project to ensure that a complete and functional project is constructed on schedule, within budget, and meets the required standard of quality. Construction management services are performed by a multi-discipline team directed by a professional construction manager and includes engineers, contract administrators, cost analysts, inspectors, materials laboratory technicians, and surveyors.

In addition to construction management services during the construction phase project, CEI also provides overall project management and acts as the owner's representative from the conceptual stage of services including the definition of scope of the project, preparation of project criteria, financial and cash flow planning, development of a project implementation schedule, management of the design phase, and management of the construction phase. CEI provides complete project management services, beginning from initial evaluation and consultation, review of project feasibility and preparation of strategies for financing and development. Project Management services also include market surveys, funding requirements, financing plans, operation cost projections, and cash flow analysis. Where required, CEI can provide assistance in the preparation of application for Federal and State funding.
